WHO YOU ARE You are an early-career operations professional who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping complex processes moving without dropping the ball. You thrive in structured environments where accuracy matters and where every entry in a system reflects a real investor's stake in a company. You are comfortable learning new platforms quickly, following established workflows, and asking the right questions when something falls outside the norm. You want to grow inside a fintech that moves fast and plays a meaningful role in how companies raise capital. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Process: Execute share issuances across Reg CF, Reg A+, and Reg D offerings using established templates, and maintain accurate shareholder registries through each transfer. - Reconcile: Support cap table reconciliation by comparing issuance data against customer records and surfacing discrepancies before they become problems. - Manage: Handle routine investor and issuer email correspondence, including status updates and standard inquiries, with accuracy and a professional tone. - Support: Assist with client and investor onboarding by collecting required documentation, setting up accounts, and entering data into relevant systems. - Maintain: Own your portion of the Master Control Log and related operational records so the team always has a reliable source of truth. - Escalate: Follow established escalation paths when transactions, inquiries, or reconciliation exceptions fall outside standard workflows. - Apply: Use AI tools to draft templated communications, summarize discrepancy reports, and flag data inconsistencies for supervisor review. - Learn: Collaborate with senior team members to build your understanding of platform workflows and the regulatory context behind the transfer agent function. WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED This role demands someone who combines careful, methodical execution with clear written communication and a willingness to build fluency on new platforms. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to bring a proven habit of getting the details right and keeping your work organized. - 1+ years: Attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation - 1+ years: Written business communication - Comfort with structured digital workflows and operational platforms - 1+ years: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data comparison tasks - Organizational skills for documentation and record-keeping - You proactively use AI tools to improve your own workflows, not just when asked, and you can apply them to tasks like drafting, summarizing, and flagging inconsistencies with minimal guidance.
