The BDO Transaction Services team is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join its graduate programme, designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in corporate finance and gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of transaction and advisory engagements. As part of the Transaction Services team, you will work alongside experienced professionals advising stakeholders on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and investment opportunities. You will be involved in analysing financial information, performing due diligence, assessing business performance, and helping clients make informed investment decisions. The role will provide exposure to a diverse range of industries, business models, and transaction types, allowing you to develop both your technical capabilities and commercial understanding. From the outset, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities while receiving the training, mentoring, and support needed to grow professionally. As you progress, you will develop strong analytical and client-facing skills, gain practical experience in financial due diligence and transaction advisory, and work towards a recognised professional qualification ( ACA or ACCA ).
