Position Purpose The Training Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand training strategies to elevate retail excellence, product expertise, and customer experience across all sales channels. This role ensures frontline teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively represent the brand technology and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities 1. Training Strategy & Capability Development Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with brand business objectives, product launches, and retail priorities. Identify capability gaps and develop training solutions to improve product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and retail performance. Execute global learning initiatives for the Malaysia market. Establish training frameworks and learning pathways for retail teams and brand ambassadors. 2. Product & Sales Training Lead the delivery of product knowledge, technology, and sales training programmes for employees, retail partners, and promoters. Ensure all retail teams have a strong understanding of brand technology, product benefits, and customer solutions. Support new product launches through comprehensive training programmes and certification initiatives. Develop engaging training materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and learning resources. 3. Retail Excellence & Customer Experience Drive retail service standards and customer experience initiatives across all channels. Conduct regular store visits, coaching sessions, and field observations to reinforce training effectiveness. Work closely with Retail Operations and Sales teams to improve in-store execution and customer interactions. Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates through targeted training interventions. 4. Performance Management & Coaching Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments
