Job Summary:   The Workforce Training and Development Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that support the growth and effectiveness of field engineers, technicians, and project personnel within the power systems industry. This role partners closely with the VP of Workforce Development to build scalable, high-quality learning solutions that blend adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern eLearning methodologies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of technical power systems concepts, hands-on field operations, and learning technologies to create engaging, practical training experiences that enhance workforce capability, safety, and performance. Duties/Responsibilities:   Instructional Design & Content Development Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led (ILT), web-based (WBT), and video-based (VBT) training programs focused on technical, operational, and safety topics. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture complex technical knowledge and translate it into clear, engaging, learner-centered training content.
