Vines has an exciting opportunity to join the MINI Sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive. If you're passionate about people, enjoy building relationships, and are ready to kick-start your career in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you. While previous sales experience isn't essential, you must have experience is providing great customer service. We'll provide the training and support you need – all you need to bring is the motivation to apply yourself, embrace new challenges, and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. You will benefit from a structured training and development programme designed to support your transition into automotive sales, with the aim of progressing to a fully established Sales Executive within your first year. Throughout this period, you will be provided with the tools, training, and ongoing support needed to help you succeed and reach your full potential. Salary: £28,000 plus £100 per car sold whilst in your training period.
