On a daily basis this will involve: Training: Participate in structured learning programmes designed to develop technical conveyancing knowledge and practical case-handling skills. Case Support: Assist experienced conveyancers with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Client Care: Provide professional and friendly support to clients, keeping them informed throughout their property journey. Administration: Prepare correspondence, maintain accurate records and update case management systems in line with internal procedures. Communication: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to help progress matters efficiently. Organisation: Manage priorities effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales. Compliance: Follow regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal quality standards at all times. Development: Build technical expertise and professional confidence through mentoring, feedback and ongoing training opportunities.
