This field-based role is perfect for  skilled technicians  who enjoy independence and variety in their work. You’ll be responsible for  performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs  on Commercial trailers.  Backed by a  supportive team  that values your skill, drive and dedication, you’ll tackle new challenges every day and take pride in delivering  safe, reliable and efficient service  that keeps America moving.  Where You’ll Make an Impact  Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs on Commercial trailers in a field environment.  Respond to  dispatch requests  for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.  Diagnose and repair  electrical, brake, suspension and air systems  – keeping trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready.  Repair  structural and exterior components  such as corner nose rails, corner radius, wheel seals, bottom skirts, panels, doors, and top rails.   Put your expertise to work using  hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment  to get the job done right.  Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating  industry-standard repair times .  Jump in wherever needed –  we're a team that supports each other.   What Makes You a Great Fit  At least 3 years of hands-on trailer tech experience working on Commercial trailers.   DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise that keeps fleets rolling safely.   Strong communication sk
