Who You Are: PSI is seeking to hire a  Traffic Analysis/Modeling Project Manager  with knowledge and experience in traffic analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience performing traffic engineering related tasks, and a Civil Engineering degree.   Responsibilities: Perform and manage production of traffic engineering studies, analysis, and modeling including projects like traffic simulation, traffic demand modeling, and traffic impact studies Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and performance management. Review and provide technical guidance on analysis and modeling submissions prepared by junior engineers and external consultants. Help perform quality control review for the work performed by junior engineers and peer senior engineers. Learn and use readily available resources, standards, and reference materials to provide the best quality design deliverables.   Qualifications: Bachelors in Civil Engineering. 8+ years of traffic analysis and modeling experience. Strong communication skills Ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment Strong Experience in traffic simulation software such as VISSIM and/or Synchro   Preferred Qualifications: P.E. in D.C., MD, or VA Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transportation analysis projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders. Experience with DDOT, VDOT, MDOT, and/or Virginia/Maryland projects. M.S.
