Description
Provide Back Office support and customer service for the receiving and processing of Traffic Management requests through to correct invoicing for both external and internal clients. Ensure that clients are invoiced correctly reducing potential rework and the need to raise credit notes. Engage with and support the Operations Team to facilitate smooth customer services. Hours for this role will be 07.00 - 17.00
