The Role ASTONFLY is seeking a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor – Ground Instructor to join the Ground Training department and deliver theoretical instruction for pilot training programs. You will contribute to the development of a key department in the training of professional student pilots, operating to high standards of excellence. Responsibilities Train student pilots in the subjects required to obtain their theoretical certificates, in accordance with regulatory requirements and approved training syllabi Deliver theoretical training courses according to the training schedule and operational needs Develop course materials and propose updates or improvements when necessary Provide teaching and student support to maximize student success rates You hold an ATPL Theoretical certificate, or at a minimum can demonstrate strong expertise in ATPL theoretical subjects, and you have an excellent level of English (minimum C2 on the European Scale). Ideally, you already have professional experience as a pilot (instruction or airline) or in delivering theoretical aviation training. You also genuinely enjoy teaching groups of students.
