At Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join a project an be responsible for validation, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of test processes and equipment for the processes assigned. It is a hands-on role in manufacturing, focused on testing, not design. Requirements Skills / Abilities: Quick learning Organizational and planning skills Time availability and working under pressure Teamwork, proactive, sense of urgency, customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal and external) Strong negotiation skills to drive timing targets Ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management. Ability to take decisions under pressure Professional Experience / required knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field). Required Qualifications: Experience in testing Hands-on experience with: Isolation testing Functional validation in a production environment Vibration Mechanical and electrical aptitude to understand: Part function. Stand Function. Experience with test equipment installation and commissioning, including validation and ramp-up. Programming and application experience in computers and electronics. Assembly process knowledge/experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience correlating process parameters with defect generation. Machine design knowledge/experience. Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.). Mechanical engineering aptitude Language Skills Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) to support global reporting, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
