Job Title Programmer / Software Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities  Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.   Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.   Develop software applications, websites, APIs, or mobile applications.   Debug and troubleshoot software issues.   Perform code reviews and participate in team discussions.   Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.   Optimize application performance and security.   Maintain version control using tools such as Git.   Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.  Required Skills  Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:   Python   Java   JavaScript   C++   C#   Understanding of data structures and algorithms.   Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).   Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).   Familiarity with version control systems.   Problem-solving and analytical skills.   Strong communication and teamwork abilities.  Preferred Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.   Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google.   Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.   Experience with frameworks relevant to the role (e.g., React, Django, Spring Boot).  Working Conditions  Full-time or contract position.   Remote, hybrid, or on-site work options.   Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.  Salary Range Salary varies by location, experience, and specialization, but programmers are generally compensated competitively with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
