We deliver complex electronics, cable-harness, mechatronics, and box-build solutions — from design and engineering to test development. 🔧 Your Role As a Test Development Engineer, you will design, develop, verify, and validate test systems for clients in industrial instruments, medical, and transportation sectors. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, timely, and high-quality test solutions. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop automated test solutions Design PCB, firmware, and software for test systems Collaborate with engineering and production teams Analyze and present test data for client and management approvals Drive continuous improvement initiatives BSc. in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Hands-on experience in electronic systems development Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala Good teamwork and organizational skills
