Learn more at: www.sterlingtonlaw.com/   The Opportunity   We are building our pool of technology professionals to support Sterlington’s growing needs across cloud platforms, internal systems, and digital initiatives. This is a hands-on role within a lean, remote-first technology team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership, and be expected to manage your own work with a high degree of autonomy.   What You'll Do: Support and contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.   Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology tools and platforms.   Collaborate with the technology team on internal initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.   Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed on project status.   Contribute to the firm’s ongoing efforts to adopt new technologies in a structured and responsible way        What We're Looking For : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision.   Strong communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.   Organized and proactive — you manage your own workload and keep people informed without being asked.   Curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.        At Sterlington, we believe that world-class talent has no boundaries.
