Job Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking • Install and configure hardware and software applications • Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning • Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs • Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue • Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills • Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned. Job Requirements: • Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline • Entry level are welcome to apply • Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries • Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required Employee Benefit Unlimited Medical Outpatient Benefit - Clinical Insurances Coverage Start with 15 days AL Flexible Benefit Performance Bonus (Yearly)
