Guided by our core values and through our personalized practices, we strive to bring employees and companies together, offering services aligned with their goals and aspirations, fostering a high-quality and innovative future.  Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking Technical Support Engineers to join a dynamic team.    The client:   A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.    Responsibilities:  Providing technical support services to department’s users   Troubleshooting management of computer systems, software, and hardware issues.  Diagnosing and solving technical problems.  Account creation and access management  Supporting users and providing assistance with application usage.  Detecting and resolving technical issues related to applications.  Training users on applications’ new versions and features.  Recording user-reported errors and managing support requests.  Collaborating with other departments, such as software development and systems management, for effective problem resolution.  Managing the storage space required for the operation of applications.  Installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrading of all organizational hardware and equipment.  Identifying, analysing, and resolving company infrastructure issues remotely or on-site.  Providing technical support related to the company's infrastructure, specifically servers, hardware, network, cloud, or databases.  Requirements At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role  Hands-on experience with Windows (Linux could be a plus)  Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products  Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues  Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills  Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal in non-technical colleagues  Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.  BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field  Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus  Benefits Competitive compensation package  Working in a rapidly evolving professional environment  Training and development opportunities  Dynamic market input, pioneering systems, competitive advantage
