The team is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting integration between our app and customer’s ERP, focusing on SAP, D365FO, D365BC, NetSuite . You will work alongside other departments such as R&D, 1st line Support, and Consulting to resolve complex technical issues that our customers face, improving processes and systems as you go. This position involves working from 13:00 to 21:00, ensuring coverage during the specified hours. The position is hybrid (2/3) based in Kraków, Poland. Responsibilities and Duties Troubleshooting technical issues within SAP ERP integration area escalated to our team from other departments, Supporting customers, partners and consultants in solving technical issues, providing clear , timely and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction, Staying up to date with new technologies, tools, and features relevant to our work to resolve issues efficiently and provide ongoing product improvements, Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and any relevant technical information to improve future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.
