You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML engineering roles.
This position is based in Seattle with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office .
What You’ll Do
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations for key technical roles.
Identify and attract passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
Evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Carbon Robotics' mission.
Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
Represent Carbon Robotics at industry events and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success
4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in robotics, AI, machine learning, or embedded systems.
Familiarity with startups or fast-growing tech companies.
Proven ability to recruit for software (Python, C++, TypeScript, React, Dart/Flutter, ROS, AI/ML) and hardware engineering roles.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of technical hiring best practices, including diversity hiring initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.
