We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager with strong experience in the tech industry — ideally within food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or logistics platforms. In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact projects that directly affect live operations, merchant experience, customer journey, and platform scalability. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and clarity of execution are critical. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics Manage tasks and projects alignment, release planning, and milestone tracking Ensure cross-functional coordination and remove blockers proactively Drive execution of initiatives related to platform enhancements, new features, integrations, and operational tools Manage risks, dependencies, and production impact considerations Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, delays, and trade-offs Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation Track KPIs post-launch and ensure smooth rollout and adoption Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech-driven company Strong experience in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics platforms Proven track record of delivering cross-functional tech projects on time Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously Strong risk management and dependency mapping skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate in high-pressure, live production environments Experience with POS integrations, payment systems, or logistics flows Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
