About the job Goods & Services is looking for a Technical Project Manager – Data to bridge the gap between Data Engineering, Finance, and Accounting teams. Acting as a strategic driver of data delivery, this role ensures complex data architecture initiatives align seamlessly with business goals across cross-border teams.
What you’ll do:
Direct data delivery initiatives, acting as the primary project lead connecting Data, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders.
Utilize a strong background in data architecture (Data Lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, transformation frameworks, reporting systems) to translate complex financial/accounting requirements into execution plans.
Own end-to-end project tracking, sprint planning, cross-track dependency mapping, and milestone execution while maintaining alignment between engineering backlogs and finance transformation priorities.
Drive seamless cross-border coordination from Mexico, leveraging fluent English and Spanish communication skills to clear operational blockers and deliver executive-level status reporting.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of Technical Project Management / TPM experience in data engineering environments.
Hands-on familiarity with data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, SQL, Cloud Data Architecture).
Proven experience managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) in Jira or similar tools.
