What you will do:
Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
Scope Management
Change Management
Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities
Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements
Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
We are looking for people with:
University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master's is a plus)
Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
