Summary As a Technical Program Manager in Data & AI, you will lead the delivery of AI solutions partnering with Technical, Product, wider programme and business teams to ensure cross functional alignment, effective planning and smooth execution. This hands-on role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge and a robust delivery management toolkit - supported by stakeholder and team management to deliver on objectives and timelines through effective ways of working. You will deliver continuous improvement across people, process, and technology in support of outcomes, and raise the bar in the Technical Program Management discipline. You will coach teams, face into ambiguity, and embed a culture of innovation and accountability to deliver impactful results at pace. This role operates within an AI product environment, shaping and delivering solutions that enable outcomes from customer marketing, to colleague productivity and engagement!
