Magnopus is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help teams plan, coordinate and deliver complex technology initiatives across a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the centre of that collaboration. You'll work across multiple product lines, internal technology initiatives and, where needed, client-facing projects, helping teams turn ambitious goals into clear plans and successful outcomes. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating clarity in ambiguous situations, bringing people together around shared objectives and helping teams make consistent progress toward meaningful outcomes. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to balance long-term planning with the realities of day-to-day delivery.
