Description
At Mindera, we craft software with people we love. 💛 We're looking for a TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER  to join our team! As a Technical Programme Manager, you support complex cross team initiatives and programmes , ensuring work progresses smoothly through effective planning, coordination and removal of delivery impediments. As a programme manager you build and manage integrated delivery plans based on priorities, roadmaps and technical inputs owned by Product and Engineering. You help identify pain points and delivery inefficiencies, support agile ways of working, and strengthen sequencing, dependency management and escalation mechanisms within and across teams. You provide practical delivery support by tracking progress, coordinating ceremonies, supporting releases, and maintaining programme budget visibility and forecasting, escalating cost risks via Product and Finance governance. Working closely with Product, Engineering and other Delivery colleagues, you help maintain delivery flow, transparency and discipline, while developing your delivery leadership capabilities and contributing to continuous improvement across people, process and technology. Key responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the delivery of key initiatives and programme workstreams ensuring established project delivery standards and best practices are achieved. Drive team delivery effectiveness by identifying pain points and inefficiencies within teams, actively removing blockers to improve delivery flow. Support effective agile ways of working, including planning, ceremonies, prioritisation and delivery discipline. Coordinate programme sequencing and delivery dependencies across teams where needed, ensuring technical dependencies are owned by Engineering and priority trade-offs are resolved by Product. Embed clear escalation mechanisms, ensuring risks and issues are surfaced early. Drive delivery transparency and track and communicate team delivery progress, supporting clarity of priorities, milestones and outcomes. Support release readiness and rollout coordination, working closely with Product and Engineering. Drive capability development , contributing to continuous improvement across people, process and tooling. Support the development of delivery capability, particularly for Associate TPMs. Works closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to coordinate planning and execution, escalates to the Senior TPM/Head of TPM when needed, and engages with Architecture, Security and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and communicate progress. Requirements Strong delivery coordination skills and project/ programme management experience  Good working knowledge of programme management tooling such as Jira, Monday.com Ability to identify delivery pain points and inefficiencies and actively remove blockers.  Solid understanding of agile ways of working, including planning, ceremonies and prioritisation.  Basic sequencing and dependency management capability, supporting cross-team coordination.  Delivery tracking and facilitation skills, ensuring progress, risks and issues are visible.  Effective escalation awareness, knowing when and how to surface risks.  Collaborative working style, partnering closely with Product and Engineering colleagues.  Financial and commercial awareness, supporting efficient delivery and value for money.  Learning mindset, seeking continuous improvement across people, process and tools.  Clear, calm communicator, especially under delivery pressure.
