If you are a proactive, technically sharp team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing innovation from concept to production, we want to hear from you!   Essential Job Duties Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of product vision and priorities Oversee all stages of the product development process, from concept through release, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and analytics to ensure business value is achieved Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery: Lead cross-functional collaboration across UX/UI, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Technical Writing teams Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and product specifications Partner with UX/UI and Technical Writing teams to ensure cohesive design and documentation Work alongside users to understand their needs and ensure user stories are ready for development with all supporting documentation and wireframes Performance, Governance & Continuous Improvement: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions Track performance metrics, user adoption, and outcomes to continuously improve solutions Demonstrate the ability to measure value and impact with key metrics associated with product rollout to customers and AdvancedMD employees Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, ethical considerations, and best practices    What You'll Need to Get the Job Done : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership in SaaS or healthcare technology Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making Familiarity with healthcare platforms such as AdvancedMD is a plus   What Will Make us LOVE You 10+ years of experience as a product owner with a successful track record of developing products within deadlines Exper
