About the role We're looking for a skilled Technical Operations & IT Specialist to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our technology infrastructure, with a particular focus on supporting our engineering team. The ideal candidate will not only maintain existing development and IT systems but also improve and optimise our cybersecurity and network infrastructure. This role bridges the gap between operations and engineering, helping to streamline workflows, automate processes, and create a robust technical environment that enables productivity across the whole company. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing and supporting a diverse corporate IT environment that spans Windows, Linux and Apple devices Interacting closely with the engineering team to deliver a reliable and low-friction development environment Deploying and maintaining scalable, secure network infrastructure Following cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices Helping meet UK government accreditations for IT systems and networks Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, common procedures, and troubleshooting steps to help users across the business to solve their own problems Automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve business efficiency Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of IT and keeping the whole function well managed Participating in on-call rotation for critical system issues as needed Requirements Arondite aims to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different perspectives. You should have: 2 years of experience in IT operations, including supporting multidisciplinary development teams Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its administrative tools Practical experience using major Identity Providers and configuring SSO, SAML and related technologies Experience with the major cloud computing providers such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Experience designing and implementing secure network infrastructure using devices such as next generation firewalls and VPNs Strong proficiency in managing and supporting Windows, Apple and/or Linux systems in a corporate environment Sound understanding of software development lifecycles and modern development practices Excellent communication skills, with the a
