Technical Manager Location: Roundwood, Co. Wicklow / Bray, Co. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our expanding team. The Role As Technical Manager, you will provide technical leadership across multiple projects, ensuring designs are compliant, coordinated and delivered to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Design, Pre-Construction, Commercial and Project Delivery teams, you will support projects from tender through to completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of roofing, cladding and façade projects. Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation to ensure technical compliance. Manage design coordination between architects, consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors. Identify technical risks and develop practical engineering solutions. Support the pre-construction team during tender and value engineering stages. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, industry standards and client requirements. Manage technical queries, RFIs and design changes throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues during construction. Drive continuous improvement in technical processes, systems and standards. Mentor and support members of the technical and design teams.
