Position: Chief Manager – Technology Location: Thane, Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: •Manage development and delivery of payment system products and solutions. •Assess business requirements, design, and deliver efficient solutions that meet the requirements. •Manage a team of Technical Leads and Developers. •Guide team members on technical design, architecture, code and map them to functional requirements. •Work closely in collaboration with the Delivery managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance, Production Support other vertical heads for delivery of the final product/solution. •Ensure quality of delivery by setting processes and reviews using automated methods/tools like GIT, Sonarqube and Jenkins. •Design solution in accordance with the security and regulatory standards and requirements of the payments industry. •Ensure compliance with the organizations and industry’s standards, frameworks and policies. •Prepare, publish and present status reports to the senior management.
