The Opportunity As the Technical Lead, Data Analytics , you'll serve as the senior technical expert for a portfolio of enterprise customers while helping shape the future of our Support Services team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a people manager who occasionally reviews code. You'll spend much of your time solving challenging SQL and cloud data platform problems, partnering directly with customers, mentoring analysts, and driving technical excellence across the organization. While this role is expected to grow into formal people leadership, your technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and customer partnership skills are what will make you successful from day one.
