The Technical Implementation Tech Lead is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of technical implementations across CRM, contact centre, telephony, access layer, and customer interaction platforms. This role provides technical leadership, implementation oversight, and operational guidance to ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently, aligned to business requirements, and support improved customer experience and operational performance. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, operations, vendors, and service providers. The incumbent will lead implementation activities, translate business needs into practical technical solutions, manage implementation risks and dependencies, and ensure that system changes are delivered in line with governance, best practice, and organisational standards.
