Description
About Recast:  Recast Software, located in Minneapolis, MN, empowers organizations to better manage and support users and devices. Our mission is to simplify the work of IT teams and enable them to create highly secure and compliant environments. Our software does this by seamlessly integrating with existing IT infrastructure to quickly remediate issues, ensure compliance, enhance security, and maintain clear visibility across all devices. Recast is a rapidly growing software company with its solution being used by thousands of enterprise organizations in more than 125 countries, impacting millions of devices and (more importantly) the people who use them.   About the Role:   Recast Software is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to lead, evolve, and optimize our existing Customer Enablement Program to drive both the depth and breadth of product utilization across our customer base. You'll leverage your extensive experience in ConfigMgr/ MECM/ SCCM and Intune to strengthen and scale established enablement initiatives that help our ever-expanding customer base use the Recast product suite to its full potential. Deploying and refining curriculum at scale, you'll reach thousands of users to train and certify them on Recast's product. Your work will be integral for all customers, from getting brand new customers familiar with the tools, to helping our most advanced users expand their utilization of products they've used for years. The ideal candidate has expertise in endpoint management with SCCM/ MECM/ ConfigMan and Intune who loves to share their expertise to help other system administrators do their jobs better. Not only are you a natural teacher who breaks down complex topics, so they are understandable and interesting, you're also a constant and curious learner. You enjoy improving and expanding established programs, using data and feedback to refine content, delivery, and outcomes over time.
