Description
About Acron Aviation (Avionics – Surveillance): Acron Aviation designs, engineers, and manufactures certified avionics systems that support safety-critical flight operations across commercial and military aviation. Within Avionics, the Surveillance product line develops and sustains systems that enable aircraft awareness, collision avoidance, and airspace interoperability. Our portfolio includes TCAS, Mode S transponders, ADS-B, and integrated surveillance solutions deployed across commercial, military, and rotorcraft platforms. This work is performed in highly regulated environments and demands deep expertise across systems, hardware, software, and RF throughout the full product lifecycle. Job Title Technical Coordination Lead – Verification Position Summary Acron Aviation is seeking a SYS/SW Functional Lead & HCL Coordinator to lead independent verification and validation (IV&V) activities across systems and software for safety-critical avionics products. This role serves as the primary offshore focal point between Acron Aviation engineering teams and HCL delivery teams, ensuring execution quality, technical rigor, schedule alignment, and certification readiness. The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical verification expertise with team leadership, partner coordination, and day-to-day execution management. This individual will provide technical direction, oversee work assignments, review deliverables, drive issue resolution, and maintain alignment across software, systems, hardware, certification, and program stakeholders. This is a highly visible role requiring strong ownership, technical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision across globally distributed teams. This role may require occasional international travel to Acron Aviation sites, customer locations, certification events, and engineering integration activities. Candidates who already possess a valid U.S. business visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
