UNS is currently looking for Technical Architects  from LDI , strong in detailing and familiar with China codes and requirements to join our Shanghai office.   Skills: 5-8 years of experience as an All-Around Architect, with extensive international experience during design development, construction documentation, and construction administration stages Candidates should ideally come from an LDI background, hold a valid license in China, demonstrate strong detailing capabilities, and be thoroughly familiar with local Chinese codes and requirements Technical problem solver with the ability to work out architectural solutions through innovative thinking (documented through construction and shop drawings/details) Experience in producing façade, architectural, interior finish and interface details is a must Knowledge of products, materials and typical construction methods, especially in Asia Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing); fluent Mandarin communication skills (reading and writing) are beneficial but not required Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD is required, with proficient knowledge of Revit and/or Rhinoceros favorable   Contact: Working conditions are according to local legislation.
