About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and govern scalable business applications, integrations, and automation solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and compatible enterprise technologies. The role involves defining application, data, and integration architecture, establishing technical standards and governance, and leading the delivery of secure, scalable hybrid low-code and pro-code solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse and Dynamics 365, while identifying and recommending complementary technologies and platforms that integrate effectively with enterprise systems and support ongoing modernization and business transformation initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with global cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide ongoing guidance and support across the solution lifecycle. Position location in Gurgaon, India. This position is reporting to Digital and Data Solutions Manager. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop architect solutions like building Apps, Automating Workflows primarily using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) · Extend platform solutions using custom development, APIs, and cloud services · Design and govern integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems · Define application, data, and integration architecture across multiple systems and platforms · Define data models, security roles, and environment strategies · Define and enforce architecture standards, development guidelines, and security protocols · Establish clear architectural patterns for hybrid low-code and pro-code solutions · Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices across development, testing, and deployment · Write, review, and validate complex code, configurations, and integrations · Oversee ALM, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance. Handle project documentation and DevOps procedures · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications · Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing solutions · Drive change and adoption of these technical solutions · Drive continuous improvement and platform modernization.
