Role: Team Leader Reports to: Production Lead Location: Darlington Hours: 37.5 / 39 hours Salary : £33,002.12 + shift allowance We’re seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of people with the objective of making sure that output levels are achieved whilst maintaining high levels of quality and customer service. Who we’re looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning, organisation, and leadership abilities Confident presenting ideas, motivating others, and promoting teamwork Knowledge of production and management systems in medium to large batch manufacturing Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Previous experience in a Team Leader or similar supervisory role is desirable Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and behavioural safety practices Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and woodworking machinery Why choose Magnet?
