The Role: As a Backend Team Lead, you will provide both technical leadership and people leadership for a team of backend engineers responsible for delivering scalable, resilient services that power DAZN's real-time social interaction experiences. You'll define the technical vision, guide architectural decisions, and champion engineering best practices while supporting your team's growth and development. Working closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams, you'll ensure high-quality software is delivered efficiently, balancing technical excellence with business priorities.
