Job Description Develop and maintain software components using Python 3 with strong object-oriented design principles. Design, maintain, and optimize build systems using CMake, Maven, and related tooling. Own and improve GitHub workflows (CI/CD pipelines, automation, quality gates). Manage dependency management, compiler/linker configurations, and build optimization. Ensure stable and reproducible builds across Linux-based environments. Troubleshoot complex build, integration, and toolchain issues. Define and enforce coding, build, and configuration standards. Mentor intermediate engineers and provide technical guidance. Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 8+ years of experience in software engineering or platform/build engineering including 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Objected Oriented Development. (Python3) Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant discipline. Good to have C++ development experience. Good  to have CMake, build systems, and compiler/linker toolchains Awareness of build pipeline and continuous integration and development Recommended to have Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions / workflows Strong understanding of Linux environments Proven leadership with strong communication and team management skills.
