We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Operations Coordinator to join the Applied Intuition team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire talent operations infrastructure from the ground up across the EMEA region. This role will provide you with an expanding set of responsibilities and more in a high growth and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Support our talent operations team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & onsite) for all open roles across EMEA - Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience - Evaluate and recommend talent operations strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient - Plan and facilitate internal and external company events across the EMEA region - Support onboarding for New Hires as the company continues to grow in EMEA - Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire EMEA organization - Other Talent/General Operations responsibilities as required by the operations team on an ad-hoc basis Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or 2 years of practical experience - Passionate about customer experience - Basic understanding of the Talent Operations function in a fast-moving business environment - Intuitive and able to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence Benefits: - 30 days of paid vacation per year - Daily meal benefits: €19 lunch budget and €19 dinner budget, free breakfast, snacks, and drinks in the office - You’ll receive €965 annual learning & development and €580 annual fitness budget - Subsidized Wellpass membership, giving you access to thousands of gyms, studios, and wellness facilities across Germany - €25 monthly contribution to your Deutschlandticket for regional public transport across Germany - Generous parental leave: on top of statutory parental leave Don’t meet every single requirement?
