Description
Help organizations make better hiring decisions.
As a talent analyst at Gallup, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how organizations hire — one of the most important decisions they make. Working with clients across industries and roles, you’ll lead structured interviews, listen deeply for patterns of talent, and translate what you hear into clear, confident insights that help leaders choose the right people for the right roles.
Using Gallup’s selection science, you’ll move beyond résumés and surface-level experience to identify how individuals naturally think, feel and behave at work. Your critical thinking and influential feedback will directly affect hiring outcomes that drive performance, engagement and long-term success for organizations around the world.
If you’re fascinated by people, motivated by making meaningful contributions and eager to learn how talent drives performance, this is your opportunity — apply today!
