Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help shape the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and apply creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. With a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices while delivering a positive candidate experience. Partnering with hiring managers to identify the essential responsibilities and core competencies for open positions  Using creative sourcing tactics to attract candidates and effectively fill open positions  Maintaining talent pools, searching for candidates for key positions and keeping frequent contact using different communication tools  Managing the full cycle of recruitment process: preparing and publishing job ads, reviewing CVs, identifying potential candidates, organizing job interviews, selecting right candidates and issuing job offers for them  Implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting  Joining additional HR projects and activities. At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment area, either agency or in-house   Excellent communication skills with the credibility to discuss technical skills and competencies, the ability to really see others and build strong relationships  Experience in managing various stakeholders and shifting priorities   Proactive problem-solving personality with hands-on mentality & customer orientation  Great English skills, both speaking and writing  Ambition to grow in Talent Acquisition field & become an expert in recruiting.
