It deploys research-driven discretionary and systematic strategies as well as makes strategic long-term investments. Job Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our recruiting function as the firm continues to grow. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with direct execution. You will work as a trusted partner to our trading, research, and engineering teams, applying deep market insight and a builder’s mentality to attract top-tier talent across traditional finance and crypto-native markets. As a lean, agile firm, we move quickly and deliberately. In this role, you will have significant influence over who joins the team and how we compete for talent in a rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruiting across trading, research, engineering, and global support functions. Build role specifications and sourcing strategies that leverage both traditional finance networks and crypto-native communities, aligned with immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development. Proactively source, engage, and assess high-caliber talent through direct outreach and referrals while leveraging both traditional and non-traditional channels, including open-source and crypto-native communities. Strengthen and refine interview processes to accurately assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit within a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment. Partner closely with senior leadership to understand evolving team needs and provide real-time market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics. Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, recruiting platforms, and tools to maximize impact while maintaining high quality standards. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and demonstrate impact. Requirements 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with significant experience recruiting for hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or crypto trading shops. Proven track record of sourcing high-quality traders, researchers, or portfolio managers, ideally with some exposure to crypto or digital asset markets. Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., blockchain engineers) is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Deep understanding of trading and research talent markets, within traditional finance or crypto-native communities, including candidate availability, competitive landscapes, and compensation trends. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with hiring managers. Data-driven mindset, with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes. Demonstrated ability to identify and engage exceptional talent through disciplined sourcing, market mapping, and relationship-building. Understands that every hire has an outsized impact on the firm and prioritizes quality over quantity when building candidate pipelines. Desired Attributes Comfortable discussing both traditional finance strategies (e.g., equity long/short) and crypto-native concepts (e.g., how token emissions and investor behavior affect asset prices); understands what motivates institutional versus crypto-native talent. Proactive and relationship-driven, consistently identifying and engaging talent rather
