Requirements About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across business and technology functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities ● Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. ● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements. ● Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. ● Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy. ● Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application pipelines. ● Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. ● Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities,
