Summit has multiple global Phase 3 clinical studies, including: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI. HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. Colorectal Cancer (CRC) HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy. Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland. Overview of Role: Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is responsible for the timely and efficient support of the day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations from recruitment through the onboarding. In addition this position will participate in special projects and with other functional groups. At all times the TA Coordinator strives to provide the best customer experience both internally and externally that creates a positive impression of Summit. Role and Responsibilities: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to best organize and effectively manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition department from the initial job opening through new hire onboarding Work extensively within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to communicate coordinate monitor and manage candidates requisitions templates and communications Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal interview teams taking into account the dynamics of the organization/team/individuals as well as priorities Manage any necessary travel arrangements including correspondence with travel partners and ensure all parties are informed and related expenses are submitted promptly Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the candidate and hiring manager experience Generate initiate and monitor pre-employment screenings (i.e. background drug screen credentialing etc.) and keep recruiter updated Maintain strong open timely communication and coordination with the candidates hiring managers and recruiters as well as any other key stakeholders Support TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives Understanding of internal and external compliance standards and requirements including HR procedures training requirements for new and continuing associates and applicable federal and international requirements as outlined in the Quality system procedures Other duties as assigned
