We are looking for a skilled Tableau Expert to join our analytics team at Optimiza. This role involves creating insightful dashboards and reports, leveraging Tableau's powerful data visualization capabilities to support decision-making processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights and trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable Tableau solutions. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that can provide valuable business insights. Optimize existing Tableau reports for performance and user experience, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Provide training and support to team members on using Tableau tools and best practices. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, tools, and upgrades to continually enhance reporting capabilities. Integrate and connect Tableau with various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services. Requirements 3+ years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in connecting Tableau with various data sources, such as SQL databases, Excel, and cloud-based data services. Understanding of best practices in data visualization, including design principles and user interface experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data accuracy. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Tableau certification is a plus.
