Mission: Help organizations win the AI moment. Position Overview Ajaia is hiring a Systems & Security Administrator to manage the company's internal IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and security controls. This is a hands-on technical role. You will administer cloud environments (GCP and Azure), manage internal tooling and access, enforce security policies, and support compliance requirements across the organization. If you are a sysadmin who has grown into security responsibilities, or a security practitioner who is comfortable running IT operations, this role is designed for you. The company is small, fast-moving, and distributed across multiple countries. You will own a broad scope and have direct impact on how the organization operates day to day. This is not a siloed role. You will handle everything from provisioning a new employee's laptop and accounts to configuring cloud firewall rules to supporting a SOC 2 audit. The company is AI-first, and you are expected to use AI tools to automate routine tasks, troubleshoot faster, and keep documentation current. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI fluency is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling.
