The BMS Installer will be responsible to complete small job installation, this position is an entry-level to progress into becoming a System Specialist requiring a commitment to learning on the job as well spend time studying control systems. Completes installations of control components following the scope and/or the job submittals. Interacts with customers, service technicians, warehouse, and various other staff. Makes necessary changes to Controls System as needed or requested. Assist in the parts ordering process. Conducts extensive self-study (reading, research, and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in the company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company. Compiles job documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training form, training certificates, and punch lists. Requirements Vocational School four-year program graduate or an Associates degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in servicing electronic control and HVAC equipment. The ability to coordinate the work of others on multiple job sites is a plus. Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner. Have the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid California state motor vehicle license with a safe driving record. Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr. DOE.
