What You’ll Do Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear, structured system requirements; Evaluate how existing systems can support new and evolving requirements; Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across software, hardware, and integrated systems; Contribute to the design and documentation of system architectures, including both high-level and low-level designs; Support the implementation and optimization of communication and network infrastructures. What You’ll Bring A university degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; Experience producing clear technical documentation at both high and low levels; Experience working in virtualized environments and hyperconverged infrastructures; Network certifications such as CCNA, or equivalent hands-on experience; Solid understanding of radio and digital communication systems; Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to break down complex issues and identify root causes; Advanced knowledge of routing and switching, including: network architecture design; configuration of firewalls, routers, and switches; and protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, IPSEC, and VLAN. Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Benefits Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.
