This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a seasoned professional who has done this work before, brings sound judgment earned over years of hands-on experience, and is looking to put down roots and grow with us over the long term. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and driving the evolution of our organization’s technological systems while contributing to key objectives in partnership with the Director of Application and Service Delivery. We expect you to bring a strongly AI-minded approach to the work, continually looking for practical ways to apply modern AI and automation tools to make our systems and our team more effective. This role requires deep analytical expertise, strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders across the organization.
