Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated System Training & Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs related to system implementations across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful adoption and usage of new systems, providing hands-on training and support to end-users. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs for new system implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and training needs. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groups. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after system deployment. Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed to ensure clarity and user engagement. Assist in the development of implementation plans and timelines in coordination with project teams. Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and system adoption, suggesting enhancements to optimize performance. Maintain documentation related to training programs, system guidelines, and user manuals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Proven 15 years of experience in system training, implementation, or a similar role. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently manage training programs. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred.
