System Engineer – Engine Management Systems Our client is seeking a talented System Engineer to contribute to the design and development of control systems within Engine Management Systems (EMS). This role focuses on function development and system design for internal combustion engines (ICE) utilizing both diesel and alternative fuels. Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing automotive control systems for a cleaner, more efficient future. Key Responsibilities: Function development and system design of control systems for internal combustion engine applications, including diesel and alternative fuel systems. Develop, test, and validate EMS functions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and address technical challenges across engine control applications. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in system design and function development for ICE applications, ideally within the automotive industry. Familiarity with engine control technologies, EMS, and automotive standards. Strong understanding of diesel and alternative fuel systems and their application within control systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in engine management systems for automotive applications. Knowledge of control system design, modeling, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink). Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and regulatory requirements.
